Karl’s Focus

No matter what your spiritual background, most of us would like to be more faithful to our own practice. Coaching can give accountability without imposing the beliefs of the coach. Most of our issues were created in community and will also be resolved with the help of another person like a coach.

Our soul is the invisible part of us that make us alive. Our attitudes and behaviors all originate from our thoughts. A good coach asks the right questions to help you sort out those thoughts. It’s not what happens to you – it’s how you respond and develop strategies to deal with those thoughts.

The healthier we are, the easier it is to accomplish our goals. Even with the best intentions and plans, we need our bodies to support us. The coach helps move the client to healthier eating, better exercise and more sound rest.
